This house was constructed with interior heat insulation and 50-inch tiles.

It displayed an average level of thermal capacity. Due to average characteristics, the protection from summer overheating and the fluctuations in the inner surface temperatures was assessed as "average". In terms of moisture, house 9 displayed a relatively high moisture buffering effect. This high buffering capacity is caused by the very good sorption capacity of used interior plaster supported by the low diffusion resistance of the mural.
